Menu:
1st Course - Heirloom squash bisque
2nd Course - Seasonal green salad with fruits, candied nuts and vegetables
3rd Course - Coconut milk and chili poached whitefish (wild caught from flathead lake)
4th Course - Pork loin with cardamom plums and trio of root vegetables
5th Course - Seared duck breast with flathead cherries, mustard greens, balsamic and cheesy farro grits
