How often do you eat? Likely, it’s every day, but how often do you really sink into the experience of nourishing yourself?  I invite you to take a pause with me.  We’ll take a moment to appreciate the diversity of sensations we can experience through food and then we’ll indulge together.  During our day of joy, I will lead you through two foodie experiences where we will lean into the power of food and how it can heal our minds and bodies.

First we will explore tea.  I’ll guide you through the process of creating your own unique blend of tea that speaks to you.  Later on, we will experience the power of spices…
