Experience a Farm-to-Table fusion created by Farmer Meets Foodie Chef Sarah Manuel and Spirit Works Farm.  This 3 course meal for 2 is inspired by the herbs of Spirit Works in the Flathead Valley, as well as an abundance of local, organic produce and organic grass fed beef from Prairie Grass Ranch.
The entire meal is gluten free, and there is an option for vegan/dairy free. Meals may be picked up at Spirit Works Farm and heated at home for the perfect night off of cooking.  Please select a time slot for October 25, 2020 to pick up your meal to allow for social distancing with other guests.

How Do I Heat The Meal?: each meal will include a set of simple instructions.  Requires an oven and a stovetop.
1st Course - Heirloom squash* bisque infused with sage*, thyme*, rosemary* and garlic*
2nd Course - Cottage pie featuring ground beef*, onion*, tomato*, carrot*, parsnip*, shallot*, garlic*, Greek oregano*, thyme* and lovage* topped with mashed yukon potatoes*, cheddar* and rosemary* compound butter
2nd Course (plant based option) - Cottage Pie featuring shiitake mushrooms*, black kabuli chickpeas*, Greek oregano*, thyme*, lovage*, onion*, carrot*, parsnip*, shallot* and garlic* topped with mashed yukon potatoes* and rosemary*-roasted garlic safflower oil*
3rd Course - lemon verbena cashew cream* with rose macerated peaches* on top of pecan* crust
